Our goal is to help you become well and independent. And a large part of that involves what we eat. Anyone can contact First State Home Health for information about our services, including diet and wellness. We offer support to patients and families 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We will also contact physicians to ensure that patients are eligible for the home health care benefit.
